Our Mission
We are dedicated to tackling the issues of injustice and discrimination against small communities with low population in rural areas, particularly in terms of water services in New Mexico and other states that are prioritizing green energy (Agenda 21 energy transfer goals) over meeting the basic needs of the people.
We urge citizens to demand accountability for the misuse of funds, misallocation of resources, and the hiring of foreign nationals at the expense of American professionals. Agencies and officials need to uphold the U.S. Constitution, and laws need to be applied equitably and responsibly to all entities.

About us
This initiative is led by New Mexico elected official Paul Spencer. He took an oath office to uphold the United States Constitution and vows to address the failures of the Environmental Protection Agency and elected officials' inability to deliver on the services and productivity originally agreed upon trough legislation.

W.I.L.L. for Prosperity: Water is Life, Liberty
That may be considered a play on words when you recognize that Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness is a well-known phrase in the United States Declaration of Independence. The phrase gives three examples of the "unalienable rights" which the Declaration says have been given to all humans by their creator, and which governments are created to protect.

Life is the condition that distinguishes animals and plants from inorganic matter, including the capacity for growth, reproduction, functional activity, and continual change preceding death.
Liberty is the state of being free within society from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority on one's behavior or political views. It is the power or scope to act as one pleases.
The pursuit of Happiness is the right to pursue any lawful activity as long as it does not infringe on the rights of others. It is the right to seek a pleasurable and satisfying life.
In short, Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness are fundamental rights that people are entitled to, and which governments are created to protect.
