All this will lead to greater funding opportunities as they who comply are promised additional funding and subsidies. This additional funding will address the needs of these small community public water systems who reportedly by state and federal agencies and government officials do not have the capacity to govern themselves.

Current Government programs offer benefits to all those who surrender their freedoms and rights to elected representation and replace communities local government and water systems nationwide to a restructured governance of appointed government offices by government organizations and agencies Lead bureaucrats.

The EPA along with their supporters are planning on this restructuring of governance to be the solution for the ongoing foreseeable future and if we don’t stand up now we will forever lose our communities through receivership (transfer of ownership ).
