America Must Be Resilient

The structure to provide affordable funding and technical assistance is and has been greatly neglected not only legislatively but by the very agencies that have been Entrusted to carry out the functions, resources and programs that the Clean water Act was created and intended for.  Heavy additional burdens in forms of ever increasing federal and state regulations, mandates and policies have been pushed on all public water systems.  The  majority of public water systems in New Mexico are operated by volunteer board members and they are held to the very same regulations, mandates and policies that bigger cities with greater populations and more fluent revenue That affords their system to hire full-time staff ..  The Clean Water Act was and is still today a law that was created to serve as a funding source to help support and make possible for small community public water systems with low populations to afford to be in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Due to the failures of all agencies involved and obsessive lack of legislative oversight,  the system/structure of law that was created to provide adequate funding and technical assistance as well as meaningful training for all who are involved in providing safe clean affordable water is dysfunctional at best and can no longer be allowed to continue Status quo.  These programs and policies have been dysfunctional for decades with lack of oversight and mismanagement that have cost the taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars in possible funding that was lost in over paid invoices and misused, misappropriated and even stolen from American families nationwide. These burdens should not be ours to carry but we must address them with regionalism efforts and be resilient.  That is to say, If we all stood United in holding our elected officials and the agencies whose purpose is to serve us the people of the United States of America and hold them  responsible for their actions, we could bring back our American communities, the homes of the brave, the homes of our  firefighters, police officers, veterans, public servants and community volunteers not to mention our families and friends.  Together region by region We can bring them to a better position as a public water system in serving  clean,  safe,  affordable water.  It is my hope that we can form a new alliance in organizing together our efforts in learning the laws as they are intended and pushing our leaders to prioritize those of whom elected them to their positions, that is us the American people.  We are the people and we are for the people whom we serve in our local communities.  It is my hope we can all work together in building a better and brighter future.

Be sure to follow the red link In the Petition.  Help us get the word out by sharing far and wide,  with as many as you can.  "America first" needs to be what we need to shout from the top of our lungs.  If America was first,  we wouldn't be leaving our brothers and sisters,  our fellow Americans behind enemy lines.  If the Biden Administration really cared about every American And  is willing to go as far as to mandate every American be vaccinated to work or enter into a store for your health. If they really cared about every American, why then Do they continue to neglect affordable funding and technical assistance for safe clean affordable water.  This is not about your safety it's simply about control over you.  Go Team USA.
