Distributive (In)justice for New Mexico

Distributive (In)justice for New Mexico.

Distributive  justice is what I am asking you  as a Government Entity, and you individually as an elected official to Join with me and  stand united for our freedoms rights and privileges as citizens of the United States of America. Demand  that our government, our  government bodies and government agencies at all levels “state and federal”provide equality and fairness with the peoples’  money to the social programs which originally were  proposed. These programs were intended and proposed for small communities with low populations in rural areas. Distributive justice is justice in terms of the distribution of

wealth, opportunities, and privileges within a society.

Distribution justice assigns rights and duties in the institutions of society which enables people to receive the basic benefits and burdens of cooperation. The relevant institutions often include taxation, social insurance, public health, public school, public services, labor law and regulation of markets to ensure distribution of wealth and equal opportunity.

Something is clearly wrong when 85% of New Mexico community public water systems cannot afford the loan portion required to receive the grant funding from the state and federal funding programs.  According to the 2020 Census ,  85% of New Mexico communities fall under the median  household income level and struggle to meet debt capacity regulations.

Whereas 85% of New Mexico community public water systems have under 500 water connections.  Whereas 80% of New Mexico community public water systems are currently governed by local volunteer board members.  There are 650 Community Public Water Systems (CPWS) in total today in the state of New Mexico. Definition of CPWS is a system serving more than 15 connections. . To put things into perspective, 85% equals 552  / 650 cpws in the state of New Mexico leaving only 102 communities eligible to meet debt capacity according to the 2020 Census.

Michelle Lujan Grisham and her administration wants to continue to shut down and control:

MLG  has  shut down New Mexico businesses

MLG has shut down New Mexico coal power

MLG has shut down New Mexico oil

Now MLG and her administration want to shut down your local governments and create new quasi-governments to control your communities, stating your communities just don’t have the capacity at the managerial, secretarial and operational levels. Many New Mexico communities have been neglected for decades not receiving the funding and technical assistance that is financially readily available but due to government agencies inability to properly administer these funds due to  30% job vacancies statewide , 54% job vacancies  nationwide within their departments.  Their  solution to their mismanagement failures are to promote the Environmental Protection Agency’s agenda  to regionalize America’s Community Public Water Systems.  This is a matter of National Security when those who have failed to operate successfully the business of the people.  They now wrongfully point their fingers at the people whom they have sworn to serve and place the blame on  everyone else except themselves as they fail to take responsibility for their negligence .  They proclaim that the people of New Mexico at the community level lack the capacity to adequately carry out the duties and responsibilities in obeying the laws and regulations of the land after choosing for decades to only use a fifth of a percentage of State revolving funds  to administer the State revolving funds.   This same failed organization(EPA) has set policies and  regulations  as a standard of living.  Many of their unaffordable regulations have stalled the American dream and have had opposite effects to their Mission .  Their failure to carry out their mission has  caused great harm in industry, jobs, communities, public lands, waterways and watersheds    negatively affecting water basins and aquifers that communities depend upon for drinking water.

With a 54% vacancy nationwide within the EPA and a 30% vacancy across the board here in NM it is clear these agencies and government programs are operating at an inadequate capacity or are purposely being  mismanaged.

Our most important level of government  at the community level is being attacked through extortion.

The existence of local government has always been defended on the basis that it is a crucial aspect of the process of democratization and intensification of mass participation in the decision-making process. No political system is considered complete and democratic if it does not have a system of local government. This form of government is what the progressive left wants to remove from the people of this Republic.  Due to the failures of the EPA to operate and carry  out their mission and meet their goals, they change the structure of our democratic policies at the heart of our traditions and principles of government For  the People by the People . Local government is a product of devolution as a dimension of decentralization of big government. We can not allow them to succeed in their regionalization efforts.  Instead we need to be sure to have adequate oversight of all government programs and agencies so that we all can continue to live the American dream.
