RAMAH WSD DECLARATION OF POSITION

                    DECLARATION OF POSITION

                                    AND

                       REQUEST FOR ADDENDUM                                    

Be it known with our signatures of this “Declaration of Position,” we as customers, electors and stakeholders of Ramah Water Sanitation District  (WSD) state as fact and declare:

1-We DO NOT support the Regionalization of rural water systems to address economy of scale issues  created by continuing failed policies and regulations 

2-We DO NOT support the inclusion of Ramah WSD in any regionalization efforts that would “merge” assets or financial and administrative programs “transfer of ownership” with other rural water systems through Joint Powers Agreement (JPA).

     REQUEST FOR

 ADDENDUM 

3-We request an immediate addendum to any and all documentation that would state or infer a position of approval of such efforts by Ramah  WSD.

4-We request a copy of this Declaration be attached to the Addendum sent to both the North West Council of  Government (NWCOG) and the Water Trust Board (WTB).

5-We further request public notification of Addendum.
