If the Biden Administration really cared about every American And is willing to go as far as to mandate every American be vaccinated to work or enter into a store for your health. If they really cared about every American why then Do they continue to neglect affordable funding and technical assistance for safe clean affordable water. Set asides in the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund DWSRF are set up to help develop resources. What is the definition of resources and can state counties be that resource that receives funding to operate? Set asides pg 2
I am greatly concerned for the options and policies the EPA promoted and have also freely chosen to implement and continue to enforce as they see fit, all the while, neglecting to follow the laws as they were originally intended . The office of Inspector General reports, the EPA’s past actions have lost hundreds of millions of dollars. These funds could have been allocated to many of America’s Rual Communities with aging infrastructure. The Many Great City’s of our United States of America have been affected by these same Damaging results as have the rual communities by the policies instilled Agency wide throughout the nation. Time for change is eminent. The progressive policies being implemented at this time where community Sovereignty, nation wide is under attack. The EPA August 2021 are promoting Regionalization (sharing assets including water rights)in one of their set asides nation wide. rather than Regionalization is what we should be directing our efforts towards to bring communities together in addressing the issues we each face in today’s world of consequences of past failures. The EPA would at a time of political advantage of the Biden Administration where as plans are being made by these same progressive organizations with efforts to retrofit every home to be a 13 gallons of drinking water per day per household found in the 50 year plan. All the upcoming planning and decisions that need to be made in each community ideally in their plan will consist of just one elected official out of what used to be five elected local officials (board members) to speak in and on the behalf of the community they represent. Only one elected official will represent their community in newly formed quasi regional government body that would only increase competition within the newly created governing body for the very same funds from the very same organizations that exist now that are in a state of increasing vacancies nationwide of over 50% . Here in New Mexico Nmed is running at a 30% vacancy and due to their inability to retain professionals to perform the services required by state and federal regulations policies and mandates they are unable to fulfill the EPA’s organization’s goals or mission for decades after decades, as intended by the the The federal Public Water Watch Supervision program(PWSS) https://www.epa.gov/dwreginfo/public-water-system-supervision-pwss-grant-program
The EPA’s actions along with the progressive left agendas are Leaving the American People vulnerably out of valuable resources (affordable funding and technical assistance) to maintain compliance or even the ability to hold anyone or any entity accountability through loopholes of definitions that they promulgate, usually uncontested. What is good for the goose is good for the gander and fair and equal justice is served always. It is stated by the EPA that every community public water system should strive to serve clean safe affordable water and they the EPA should too choose to do the same in their decision and efforts . Regionalization is just another part of the great plan of the progressive left of “building back better “That translates into you as an individual or entity will own absolute nothing and you will like it.
Just like the IRS and the 600/$10,000 every deposit or transaction in your bank account spying game, the progressive left would like to see come into fruition. Once we give them the power to do this we will never get it back!
